COMPLAINTS ADMINISTRATION

Hitchins New Zealand Limited is proud of its record of not one paid-out claim under the Weathertight Home Tribunal.  Twice cited but was thrown out through lack of claim substance.  Equally there are no legal claims.

We believe this is due to the quality of the products that we market; the experience and good application standards of our applicators.

Further, we believe our Quality Control System set standards that have to be adhered to and finish standards are achieved.

Plus our “early fix it” system is working.  All firms experience some problems but Hitchins’ policy is to fix it before the problem escalates.

If there is a problem on a project, upon notification Hitchins will work with the project applicator to resolve and provide the Property Owner with a satisfactorily completed project where Hitchins’ product systems perform as required.
